Commis Chef

We offer our guests a unique food experience with a current Alpine experience winter providing 7-day dinner service, no lunches, just a focus on creating exceptional food experiences.

Our restaurant is seeking a talented chef who is passionate about creating unforgettable dining experiences using only the freshest ingredients found in the great outdoors. This full-time role is suited for passionate chefs wanting to work with a highly experienced executive chef and an industry-proven, supportive senior management team. Our menu is seasonally varied. We make bread daily, stocks and sauces, pickles, preserves and so much more. Our food is made with the highest level of skills and passion and a desire to create the best food experience possible for our guests. - Be fit and able to perform repetitive manual tasks

- Experience in the smooth running of foodservice in an a la carte restaurant

- Knowledge of food costs and budgeting
