COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Though much of this site can be viewed without providing personal information, we do collect information from you when you book a stay, respond to a survey or fill out a form. In this case you are required to submit personally identifiable information. This may include but not be limited to your name, e-mail address, mailing address and phone number.

The information we collect from you may be used to personalise your experience, improve our website, improve our customer service, distribute promotional material or send emails. Your information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent. Reservation Confirmation
Once credit card details are received your reservation at Hellyers Restaurant is confirmed and subject to our cancellation policy noted below.

Cancellation Policy
Credit card details are required to secure all reservations at Hellyers Restaurant. Should you cancel your restaurant reservation within 72 hours of the arrival time or fail to show for the booking, a cancellation charge of $15.50 per person will be incurred. Please contact us on (03) 6492 1500 or  reception@cradlevillage.com.au  for assistance or any amendments to your reservation.

Additional Safety Measures
Hellyers Restaurant will follow the TAS Government Public Health Order directions in place at the time of your reservation. As such, our capacities, offerings and restrictions may be subject to change.

Seating Requests
Hellyers Restaurant will do its best to accommodate all seating requests, which are always noted at the time of booking. We are unable to guarantee your request however as table allocations are finalised on the day.

Dress Code
Guests are welcome to wear casual attire in keeping with the relaxed sophistication of our Wilderness Lounge and Hellyers Restaurant. Please refrain from wearing sleeveless t-shirts & flip-flops.

Children
Older children are welcome at Hellyers Restaurant however we have limited facilities for children under seven years old. Please note, Hellyers Restaurant offers a limited children’s menu. With advanced warning, our daily menu may be varied slightly for children if required.

Service Charge
A 10% service charge is applied to all tables on Sundays or Public Holidays when eating, both in the restaurant and takeaway.

Accepted Payment Methods
We are pleased to accept payment by debit, credit card, room charge and cash. We do not accept Amex.

Gift Cards/Vouchers
Cradle Mountain Wilderness Village gift cards are welcome to be used during reservations at Hellyers Restaurant, including on special event days such as Valentine’s Day or New Year’s Eve, or other events that require pre-payment at the time of booking.

Credit Card Surcharge
Please note a surcharge is applied to all credit and debit cards at the time of payments.
