Guest Services

We are a service oriented business. Working face-to-face with guests and other team members, office hours run 8:30 am until 6:30 pm, ensuring check-in and checkout procedures run smoothly and guest queries are dealt with in a timely and courteous manner. You are the welcoming face to the Wilderness!

The role of a team member primarily involves working in the front facing aspect of the business, receiving guests, answering telephone enquiries, booking and coordinating accommodation requirements, account reconciliation for arriving and departing guests, general queries on the property and the local activities, restaurant and lounge service on a daily basis and will suit applicants who can demonstrate the highest standards of attention to detail, quality and productivity whilst working in an outdoor environment. You will need the capacity to work autonomously and under pressure, multitask and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues as required.
